Browns win! Three in a row!
We were able to add another ornament to the little tree that could for the win over Miami.
This week the Browns and Steelers meet up again only 17 days after the helmet incident. We hope all the fans keep their craziness to a minimum! If the Browns pull off another win, which is totally possible, they will sweep the Steelers for the first time since 1988. We will add two ornaments for that win!
Going into Monday night, Don had a lead in the Football Players Championship League playoff game. He didn’t feel good about it though because he was going up against Lamar Jackson who has pretty much been the league MVP this year. Lamar had one of the best games of his career – throwing five touchdowns – and Don lost by 10 points.
The loss put Don in the consolation bracket so he can at least play out the remaining season.
Don lost his Hometown Trophy League by three points. He now has a 6-6 record which drops him to third in his division. He is still leading the League in total points, even with his so-so record.
All three participants in the Five Rings Survivor Pool lived to see another week with picks of New Orleans, Pittsburgh and Cleveland. I love the Survivor Pool and might be one of the few who checks in each week to see if anyone has won.
