Week two was a crazy one! The Browns beat the Bengals – Go Browns! Five touchdowns and a win equals happy Browns fans. Cleveland’s offense may still need some fine tuning, but they have a plethora of high performance athletes such as Odell Beckham Jr, Nick Chubb, Kareem Hunt and Jarvis Landry.
Our Fantasy Football results were disappointing, with Don losing all but one game. Injuries and tragedies plagued the games, resulting in some unexpected issues. If nothing else, it was a reminder that we are playing a game that depends on the well-being of real people.
We both won our games in the Smack Down Sports Legends League. Shoutout again to Troy Norris for putting together a great charity league, and also for including us. It is fun knowing that we will play against each other again in Week 10.
We are looking ahead to Week Three and thankful that so far, the NFL season is progressing fairly well.
Side Note: Congratulations to the Cleveland Indians for clinching their spot in the playoffs! Last night’s walk-off home run by Jose Ramirez was magical for Cleveland Fans. We love the Tribe!
